The company says the pedals have 3 adjustable positions- 2 for sitting and one for standing. The company was good about sending replacement products, but I got 3 defective units in a row. Seems to be some quality control issues. Almost all the defects were related to using the machine in a standing position. If you are not going to adjust the angle and just use the machine in the sitting position you will likely not have a problem.To adjust the pedal angles is very difficult- the screws for the level adjustment slots are very tightly screwed in (extremely hard to loosen) and have a very narrow margin for alignment (I'm not sure if the slot sizes are very precisely made and lined up). Twice I had an issue with the wheel sliding off the track it is supposed to run on. The first time the unit came already with a slight warp to the angle of motion, but the second time it developed after less than an hour of use. I am under the recommended weight limit, but I don't think the machine is sturdy enough that it can withstand the weight of someone standing and dropping weight down the pedals- the connections are rigid enough to not get pulled out of alignment.Company response time is pretty decent, and they are very willing to send replacements, but after having problems with 3 units I was done. I will say the units are a little heavy to be moving over to a shipping office, and it took multiple attempts to get the company to schedule a package pick up for me so I wasn't paying for that myself.
