I thought I had a beautiful dresser.... Until I opened the box and noticed nothing but damages to the drawes and entire side of the wood...Fast Forward with having a new dresser now, I love itRight from the package the top of the dresser was cracked all the way across the top. Since the bed already arrived, I just ordered a replacement. We'll see what the replacement looks like.Mine arrived in immaculate condition with no flaws or damage so I was very happy with this right from the start. It was fully assembled except for the little legs you attach and you have to attach the handles yourself and it only takes less than 20 minutes to get it all on.It's VERY heavy and sturdy and the doors glide smoothly. It is taller, way higher than my waist( I'm 5'5) and very spacious, each single drawer holds a very generous amount of clothing or whatever items you want to put in it. The wood is solid and heavy and the finish is very shiny & smooth. The bars for a mirror are attached on the back but I did not receive a mirror in this purchase.Overall this is THE best large item I have ever received since I have been in the Voice program based on the entire transaction and quality of the item when it arrived in any price range. It was undamaged, not even a slight scratch and that alone was proof of excellent packaging.It is what I consider to be in the highest quality category. Normally I would not ever give something this high priced a 5 star rating BUT it genuinely meets the criteria. I expect this item to outlive me and it exceeds expectations in looks, use, and function.
